the June seventh presidential primary is

fast approaching and millions of

California voters are excited about the

race for the White House but voters need

to understand their options if you're a

registered voter with a political party

you can only vote that party's

presidential primary ballot otherwise

you'll need to register by May

twenty-third if you are a registered

voter with no political party preference

you have several options you can vote a

nonpartisan valid which will not have

any of the presidential candidates or

you can request a crossover valid for

one of the political parties that allow

no party preference voters to vote in

their presidential primary these parties

are the Democratic Party the American

independent party and the Libertarian

Party you can update your registration
