i'm back everyone i'll go and show you
uh pretty much the easiest way and the
only way to go ahead and trim and drag a
sound on tick tock so essentially what
this is is if you want to choose a
different portion of a song on tick tock
this is exactly how to do it the first
thing you want to do is you want to load
up your take talk page you can follow me
if you want to i'd appreciate it but if
not so what you can do is you can click
the plus button on the bottom which is
that middle button right there so come
into this page now all you will have to
do is go ahead and find that little song
you want so at the top you can go and
choose that add sound option so you can
go and click there and it will bring you
right into here where you can go ahead
and add a song now from here what you
can do is you can go ahead and choose
whichever song you want so if you want
to search for a song if you're using
like someone else's sound or song or
whatever all you want to do is go ahead
and find that specific sound or song
that you want to do you want to go and
click on it and you'll come into this
page now all you'll have to do is go
ahead and choose whether you like the
song as it is there's a little save
button but there's also this little
scissor icon what the scissor icon is is
it allows you to go ahead and drag and
choose a different portion of the song
that you want so in this specific case
we chose a 15 second you know take talk
video if we made it longer bigger we can
go and change that in the beginning with
what we can do here is we can drag this
over to a different portion of the song
so let's say i want to start it at this
portion now i'm not playing the song
because it could be copyrighted but you
can go ahead and drag this to whichever
portion of the song you want so now what
happens if we go and click done it'll go
ahead and bring it straight into here
and it'll go ahead and start that song
at exactly where we wanted it to be so
we'll start playing that song in the
background you can go and record as you
normally would and from here you can go
ahead and you know accept that song if
you want to which is right here but
another thing you can do is as soon as
you chose that song you can also click
that trim option right there so you can
go and click on that trim option and we
will also have another opportunity to go
and change the way the song is so we can
take it from the top we can take it from
here we can go ahead and choose a
different portion of the song right
there too just by clicking that trim
option right there so if we click done
you'll see this little trim option right
there if you don't see that you should
probably update tick tock and you'll
probably see it there but all you have
to do is click there and you're pretty
much good to go so those are a couple of
different ways to do it you can also
choose zones down here and choose a
different song if you want to but that's
pretty much the process if you guys have
