hey girl welcome back to my channel so
today's video as you can see by the
title is so embarrassing but it's how I
grew my sideburns I know it seems like
super high maintenance but I hate my
sideburns because I feel like my
sideburns make me look like a man I'm
not a 100% happy with how they look but
I am you know I'm much more comfortable
with this and how they are naturally if
you're super hairy sideburn girl like me
or you just want to indulge in my
craziness you can go ahead and keep on
watching this video okay so you're going
to want to start off by putting your
hair up and then just take the longest
pieces of like sideburn and just put
them behind your ear or if you have a
lot just pin them back with a bobby pin
mine's are already like kind of trimmed
play a lot longer than this naturally
but I've already cut them but they're
already longer than how I like them if
you can see when I turn my head to the
side like this they stick up like that
and I don't like that that tells me that
they're already too long and I need a
trim them I used to just like take all
of this off but then used to look really
weird I used to take it all off I didn't
shave it I would actually pluck it yeah
just by hand one by one and I do pluck a
little bit around here just to make a
kind of thinner you got out be patient
with this okay so I sectioned off half
of it okay you see section off and this
top part of care I'm going to trim it
now you don't want to cut like this
because you don't want to harsh
line you want it to look natural and not
so blunt so you're going to cut it like
that just leave my finger there covering
the the bottom section okay I hope you
guys can see this all right so now I'm
just going to go in here and start
trimming because I want this top layer
to be shorter than the bottom layer all
right so I'm just going to do that again
to make sure that I got it all
okay so that already just look so much
better though I'm going to put this
fully behind here and roll it the hairs
are sticking out can you see that right
there this is going to be hard for me to
show you but now that the hairs are
sticking up right there I'm going to
trim them right there to do that again
with this side just kind of look at it
and trim anything that just seems like
out of place I kind of wanted to go down
in a triangle shape one I haven't done
anything to you see how elongated sticks
out at the end you see that grows this
one doesn't stick out that's all nice
and trimmed I like to plug anything
that's around this shape and this
doesn't hurt me just good I'm used to it
um but it did hurt me the very first
time I did it I'm going to use this
olynyk cream bleach you can see I have a
lot of peach fuzz so I like to UM
lighten it I don't really like to remove
it I'm scared to remove it actually
sometimes I want to but then I just
don't have mixed up my solution in here
it's one part cream no two parts cream
one part bleach I'm going to place this
under neath of the trimmed sideburn like
around it and underneath it
okay and then bring it as far down as
you want to and you want to leave this
on for ten minutes okay but I'm actually
going to come back at about like eight
minutes to do something else okay
I'm going to grab some more product and
this time I'm going to apply it on the
actual side we're just going to leave
this on for two minutes and then come
back alright so now it's time to take
this off and I just use the spatula and
start scraping away alright so this is
what the sideburn ends up looking like
