hey everyone dance Scott here thought I
would share with you a little project
that I'm going to do to surprise Beth
when she gets home I'm gonna frame out
this bathroom mirror as well as the
smaller guest bathroom here and what I'm
using here is a three and a quarter inch
wide fluted trim with 3 and 3/4 inch
squared corner blocks which we're
already primed so I just spray painted
them with this fusion gloss white paint
and of course as it goes for measuring
get the total width and the height of
the mirror itself where we're simply
going to subtract 7 inches which is the
total width of 2 blocks but also keep in
mind that the corner blocks are going to
overhang extend past the mirror 1/8 of
an inch so the trim will be centered in
the block and then the trim will be
flush with the edge of the mirror so
simply measure your width subtract 7
inches then add back 1/4 of an inch same
with the height total height minus 7
inches add back 1/4 inch and this is
what you'll cut your fluted trim and of
course before adhering the pieces to the
mirror itself you want to clean it very
well whereas for adhesive I chose this
liquid nails fuse it brand but you want
to use something strong like liquid
nails and of course I'm going to start
here with a corner remembering that when
you adhere it to the mirror leave that
eighth inch overhang where you're gonna
have about five minutes to still move
these pieces around before the adhesive
fully sets so you want to work fast but
you don't want to get this glue all over
everything like I'm doing and as it goes
for the rest I think you can figure it
out where again you might want to have a
little tape on hand just to keep things
in place until the glue sets and there
you have it a beautiful addition to your
bathroom for pretty little money but
there you have it
oh it's beautiful
we'll see the other one oh wow beautiful
that is magnificent
sure is fish that's beautiful mm-hmm
