okay in this video we're going to show
you how to
dremel a dog's nails so you can see here
when looking at the foot
see where it's white and then where it
turns pink the pink is the vein so you
definitely don't want to go any shorter
than that
so we could probably take off about that
much and it's not a whole lot to take
off so we're just going to dremel and
we're going to show you a video of how
to do that
so the dremel that i'm using is actually
a pet friendly dremel
but you could also use a dremel 7700
as long as it's cordless i believe a
7200 just regular dremel
would be the same thing
[Music]
so you can see i'm just using my thumb
to kind of push the nail
down and kind of hold it steady and i'm
just going to use the dremel
or the filing tool and i'm just going to
round it out
[Music]
you can see on this particular dog
that's about as short as i can get it
because this is where the pink vein is
i don't know if you can see on this nail
to about there is where i can go
[Music]
and i just try to hit the nail from
every angle just to make it round all
the way around
[Music]
i
you can see her nails are
has smooth and flat
