hello I'm Chad from Liverpool New York
and I'm gonna teach you how to do a
four-in-hand knot today so it's a pretty
discreet and a symmetrical knot
that works very well on button-down
collars and its really a good knot to
tie with the thicker and heavier fabric
for the time so this is how you proceed
you want to start with the wide end
about 12 inches below the narrow end
even though it may depend between
depending on the length of the tie
you're using and this is how you proceed
you take the wide hand which should be
on your right hand side and you bring it
over to the front bring the wide end
underneath the front and then you do a
full full turn you go over this time and
just pull through the loop pull it up
and bring it down through the loop okay
set it slightly as symmetrical so it's
okay if it's not if it doesn't look
perfect and there you go you had your
foreign hand knot
