hi I'm Tim Anderson with original
strength and today we're in a little bit
of a different setting right in front of
my computer and I wanted to talk to you
about eye rolling many times if you
especially if we wear glasses we live
within the frames of our glasses so we
kind of kind of put a frame around our
where our eyes will travel so one thing
we can do and what we need to do is make
sure that we're moving our eyes outside
of our frames and we talked about a lot
about mid line crossing movements and
original strength especially about going
from one side to the other or drawing
X's and things like that so you can draw
X's and cross midline with your eyes and
it looks like this so you just draw
infinity symbols with your eyes from one
side to the other you can even draw
circles and drawing complete circles is
crossing midline with your eyes and
that's very important because our eyes
have muscles and our body is made to
follow our head but our head is made to
follow our eyes and we often talk about
the secret to strength is having a very
strong neck and owning all of your head
control well part of the secret to
owning your head control is owning your
eye control so if you have full range of
motion with your eyes and all your
reflexes are firing properly the eyes
lead the head at least they should and
that is why we don't want to be stuck in
our frame of reference we don't want to
only live here with inside of our glass
frames many people only move their eyes
inside of their frames and they don't go
around and outside all of that to say
start using your eyes and full ranges of
motion draw X's draw circles all the way
up all the way down all the way left all
the way right diagonals whatever you can
think up play with eye movement because
your body is wired to follow your head
but your head is wired to follow your
eyes and one of the biggest secrets to
strength is owning all of your head
control and that really involves your
eyes too so play with your eye movements
learn to roll your eyes don't offend
anybody when you do it that's our tip
for this week
again I'm Tim with original strength and
we'll see you next time
you
