used to lose 100 pounds in three months
for Navy SEAL training start out by
waking up at 4 30 a.m to 4 26 a.m mass
starts his day out with eating one
banana and then hitting the exercise
bike for one hour the next workout is a
two mile swim when you swim two miles
you burn about 1060 calories I did not
have a pool readily available so I ended
up running 10 miles to compensate and I
burned about 1 300 calories soon after
we're gonna go to the gym and hit a full
body workout on David Goggins hit insane
volume to lose weight faster every
single set that I'm gonna be doing today
it's going to be 30 to 50 reps had
me pumped to the max after that workout
you gotta hit the exercise bike for
another hour this is boring so I
ended up hitting the StairMaster for 30
minutes and burned twice as many
calories four workouts later finally
allowed to eat my first meal food is so
good after our much needed meal to
function you gotta run two to six miles
three miles and then we're gonna end our
day out cool down on the exercise bike
