how do you lose weight overnight within
24 hours this is a very common question
that many people have either because
they're very impatient or because they
waited into the last second and they
have to get the results literally by
tomorrow
unfortunately there's tons of
information online that takes advantage
of this question without preface in it
the right way I'm going to give you the
best tips that I could think of to have
you lose weight within 24 hours however
I don't want you to take away from this
video that you can go from being
overweight to having six-pack abs by
tomorrow because losing weight and a lot
of weight overnight is not very
practical
the first reason why it's not very
practical is because the results that
you gain will be lost just as fast as
they came on if you do the right thing
today and then go back to bad old habits
tomorrow
you're just going to gain all the weight
back and possibly even some more on top
the second reason why it's impractical
is because you can only do so much
within 24 hours to look great for the
next day
after all there's people that spend
their whole lives dedicating it to
fitness and getting into their best
shape and you're trying to do it within
one day nevertheless I do sympathise
with somebody looking to lose weight
overnight because sometimes you just get
that random invitation to the beach or
to a pool party or to some event that
you just weren't expecting to look great
for the area that you're going to be
able to have the biggest impact on in
relation to your appearance that you
have to get done overnight is going to
be in the realm of your water weight
water weight can fluctuate from day to
day so you could do things to really get
your water weight and your water
retention and your bloating down within
one day to have results overnight you're
going to have to make sure that for that
day you're eating perfectly to be sure
that you're not adding any more water
under your skin that's done by keeping
sodium intake levels low and by eating
all-natural single ingredient foods have
protein in each one of your meals to
take advantage of thermogenic effect of
foods and spike your resting metabolism
since you're trying to lose weight so
fast you really want to keep carbs to a
minimum in every meal except for
breakfast for breakfast you could have
two to three servings of carbs and then
for the rest of the day really try to
limit your carbohydrates every other me
except for breakfast should be protein
and green vegetables and you don't want
to have any fruit for the day except for
maybe grape proof the last thing that
you want to do in relation to your diet
is get all of your meals in early if you
can get all your meals in by 5:00 or
6:00 p.m. your body's going to be a
fat-burning machine while you sleep and
remember this isn't a diet for the rest
of your life this is a diet for one day
that's a critical point to keep in mind
the second thing that you want to do is
make sure that you sweat some water
weight out obviously exercise will help
you sweat some water way out but the
best way to get water out of your system
is either by taking an Epsom salt bath
or by cycling four rounds of 15 minutes
in a sauna if you can't do four rounds
of 15 minutes in a sauna do six rounds
of 10 minutes just make sure you spend a
total of an hour in the sauna number
three start the day with 30 to 45
minutes of cardio on an empty stomach
you can do either high-intensity
interval training cardio or more of a
steady-state cardio workout if you do go
with a high-intensity interval training
cardio then you could probably get away
with a much shorter cardio workout maybe
even 20 minutes because you will burn a
lot more with a hit workout this will
help you sweat some more water weight
out and it'll also help you burn a
little bit of body fat and the last one
number four do a fat loss weight
training workout later on in the day
many of you might be like what the heck
is a fat loss weight training workout
I've never heard of that before a fat
loss weight training workout is set up
in circuits so you're going to start
with a heavy weight training exercise
for your lower body such as barbell
squats or walking weighted lunges and
then you're immediately going to follow
it up with more of a cardiovascular
exercise such as burpees then you're
going to go back to another weight
training exercise such as barbell clean
and presses and then follow it up with
another cardiovascular exercise such as
high knees or a mountain climbers you're
going to combine four to six of these
exercises depending on where your
fitness levels are at and you're going
to do them back-to-back with no break
until you get to the end of all four to
six exercises at which point you'll take
a two to three minute break and repeat
them again for four to five sets if you
really want to challenge yourself and
burn even more fat and lose some more
water weight you could stay and do 30 to
45 minutes of a steady-state cardio
work out after this fat loss weight
training workout if you do all of these
things again that's eat a natural low
carb low sodium diet sit in a sauna or
take an epson salt bath to sweat out
more water weight start your day off
with 30 to 45 minutes of fasted cardio
and do a fat burning weight training
workout with maybe even topping it off
with additional cardio this is going to
be the most and the best that you could
do to lose weight within one day
overnight I know that there are plenty
of people online that are suggesting
that you could lose water weight by
wrapping your stomach with a body wrap
or with something else that's going to
make you lose water weight specifically
from your belly but this is complete and
utter nonsense your body is made up of
water so if you take it out of one part
of your body your body is going to go
and push water right back in there
you're made up of water so if you want
to lose water weight it's just like
losing fat you have to target your whole
body an Epsom salt bath or sitting in a
sauna for an extended period of time is
going to be far more effective than
wrapping your stomach with the body ref
