Bangalore at delivery a woman loses
about five to six kgs of weight this is
the weight of the baby and the after
births now in the next two weeks after
that the woman loses the fluid retained
during pregnancy which is about two to
three kilos in the form of dialysis
normal blood loss also adds to losing
the weight now at the end of six weeks
most women lose about half of the weight
gain during pregnancy a well-balanced
diet and adequate hydration along with
exercises would help to lose the weight
also during breastfeeding a woman
requires 500 calories extra per day but
breastfeeding also helps your body burn
the calories and hence diet with
hydration and exercise would help lose

gain during pregnancy in about 6 to 12
