hey you guys and welcome back to my
channel it is a hot hot summer day
sporting all the SPF in the world and
letting my natural hair go shout out to
all the natural curly-haired girls who
let their hair go in the summertime
because it is way too hot to try to
straighten and maintain this in
95-degree heat I am headed to the pool
today but I wanted to stop on my way and
show you guys how I get my 5 calories
venti Starbucks cold brew for those
people counting macros or maybe those
that don't want to drink all of their
calories this is the perfect summer
drink for you it is definitely what I'm
drinking right now since I am just over
like 13 or 14 months until my wedding
day so I am trying to be a little bit
more conscious of the sugar I'm putting
in my body but when it's this hot out
and you do want iced coffee this is
definitely a staple of what I get during
the hot summer months anyway it is super
simple to order and once again it has
only five calories we were already here
at the Starbucks so let's go through the
drive-thru and I will show you how i
order my venti Starbucks cold brew
Frappuccino the longest names ever
yeah hi can I get a grande cold brew
coffee blended over ice and placed in a
venti Cup no no bet you'd do it thank
you anyway it is that simple to order
you just go up and you ask for a grande
cold brew coffee blend it over ice in a
venti Cup the reason why I asked for it
to be an event e cup is because when
they pour the grande sized amount of
coffee into the blender with the ice the
ice makes more an ass of the coffee
beverage itself and it's a lot easier to
just have it put in a venti Cup the
first time I ordered it this way I
didn't know that and they handed me a
grande and at all
so to reduce waste here at Starbucks
we're just gonna ask for it to be an
event II and the bracelets here told me
is just a lot easier and they do charge
you for a grande and they know they're
putting it in a venti so this makes it a
lot easier let me know what your
favorite summer Starbucks drink is do
you like hot drinks in the summer
do you like the cold drinks in the
summer do you like just get your
favorite drink iced and then blend it
over ice like my fiance he really likes
the mocha at Starbucks so in the summer
time he gets iced mochas but now I'm
gonna try to get him to do the I smoked
up blended over ice which might just be
a version of the mocha frappuccino I'm
not really sure but anyway let me know

just going to be cold brew and ice and I
told her no my sister gets married this
fall and then I get married next fall so
the challenge of eating healthy during a
stressful time is here so just keeping
the coffee in check is step number one

going to ask for a grande cold brew
coffee blended over ice in a venti Cup
but you can see it's separating so I do
use the strong kind of shake the cup as
you can see the blended ice does give it
that texture of a Frappuccino without
all the sugars creams and the calories
not that I hate those things once again
that drink is only 5 calories but if you
do not like just the taste of coffee and
ice you can always get in a syrup or
milk cream sugar whatever you like in
your iced coffee if I were not shredding
for a wedding I would probably do a pump
of peppermint syrup with a little bit of
half-and-half or the white mocha sauce
that is some good stuff and iced coffee
just recommendations from me to you if
you normally get this drink let me know
what you get in it if you'd normally do
get cold brew coffee and you have a
syrup concoction that tastes amazing let
