when filling out your order form first
start with your name and address at the
top
the order day is either the day we are
taking orders at your school or the day
you are sending us your order through
we then need to be sure to write out the
full school name and location

guardian name and contact information
help us know who to reach out to if
there are any corrections or
clarifications
needed to help process your order letter
awarded for
is any club organization sport or school
activity
that awards you your letterman jacket
once you have finished filling out the
top portion
go ahead and bubble your size jacket and
sign for your approval
if you are sizing from home please refer
to the sizing video linked here
or in the video's description if you are
sizing at campus with the
representatives
then you can leave this section blank
for now
the first part of designing your
letterman jacket is deciding between
vinyl and leather sleeves
vinyl sleeves are considered the school
standard and leather is the upgraded
option
you may ask your representatives to see
a sample of each either
on campus or in office
the first custom piece when designing
your jacket is selecting your name
style and placement traditionally
students put their first
name on the front last name on the back
and maybe their initials
school abbreviation or meaningful date
embroidered on the caller
the name on back traditionally the last
name is the most customizable piece of
your letterman jacket
here you can select the font style if
you would like to add a tail and tail
lettering
and also if you would like to add any
other decor or enhancements to the patch
next is time to decorate the sleeves of
your jacket students traditionally add a
two or four digit graduation to your
patch
you may choose between a variety of
options when making your selection
if you are on a sports team you may
consider adding your jersey number or
position patch to the jacket
any and all other club and activity
patches can be found using a patch code
throughout the brochure
sleeve patches will be made in school
colors unless indicated next to the
patch
the brochure is separated by athletics
academics and clubs
fine arts and shapes and flags when
selecting your patch
write in the code in the box labeled
patch code on the form
to add custom lettering to your patch
write the full text in the boxes
provided
now that we have selected our patches
it's time to detail the placement of
each
most commonly we see students place
their graduation year and mascot on the
left sleeve
and activity patches on the right
once you've decided on your decor refer
to the package descriptions to select
the most suitable package for your story
use the pricing guide to help you
calculate your subtotal
then multiply your subtotal by 8.25 and
record the sales tax
the grand total will be the subtotal
plus sales tax
payments can be made using cash check or
card

awards and include the check number on
the order form
