show you how to pull your background
check so to get started let's go ahead
and go to G and I F o
comm forward slash contact ASP this is
the landing page for G is general
information services G is is a company
that does a lot of the background checks
for employers so if you're ever denied
employment based on your background or
if you just want to know what's being
reported in your background come to this
website GIS
once you're on this landing page just go
down to obtain a free copy of a GIS
background check once you're on this
page just scroll down to the bottom fill
in this information never put your
social security number or birth date on
this form you would only put your name
address phone number email address and
in this box briefly explain why you're
requesting the report and that can be as
simple as I want to see what's being
reported in my background history to
employers or however you want to word it
once you finish entering that
information just go ahead and hit submit
and that's all there is to it and you'll
receive your report within 30 days but
usually it's a whole lot sooner so
