all right so what's going on with this
engine here today I want to show you
guys how to enable and disable the
Bluetooth adapter for a Dell laptop and
Carolee make it a so dark in here but
it's a Dell laptop that was a Windows 7
and has been upgraded to a Windows 10
and so usually after the upgrade
sometimes the Bluetooth adapter isn't
enabled or just has been disabled and
you'll have to go into the device
manager and re-enable it ok so this
isn't some sort of fixing guide just to
let you know so if you don't have a
Bluetooth adapter or something's wrong
with it and I'm just gonna let you know
you might be disappointed to the very
end so this is just to show you how to
enable it and disable it so I'm going to
click on the start up menu over here and
you go to where it says file explorer
okay there's a many ways to do this but
the more easier way is this way so file
explorer and then right after that to
the left side you'll see many options
and you're going to go to where it says
this PC and don't click on it you're
going to right click on it ok not the
usual left click so right click and when
you do this you'll click on where it
says manage so click on that if this
window opens up over here and you can
just skip this installation for now but
if you want to go and download all the
updates and all that stuff right but so
it's going to close it out for now and
we're going to go to this window that
opens up the computer management and
where it says the vice manager this
allows you to access like all the
drivers and so forth on your computer or
laptop and please be sure that in order
for you to actually have full access you
have to be under
administrator account okay so if you're
like a guest and you're trying to mess
with someone's computer forget it okay
so we want to do is just go ahead and
look for it says Bluetooth and it should
be right there
I'm sure everybody knows the universal
Bluetooth icon if not just look it up
and you'll see this so click right over
here and you'll see the wireless
Bluetooth this is basically it the
adapter now again you're going to right
click to it and if you weren't able to
see your Bluetooth adapter in the first
place like if you were trying to hear
something and it says you need to enable
it and so forth then on here would have
said enable instead of disabled with for
me right now it's currently on so I'm
going to disable it to have the option
to enable it and this is kind of good to
kind of like brief set the adapter when
you disable it in an enable it do not
uninstall it because you will have to
download it again and if you don't have
the original disk with all the drivers
you'll have to go online and find them
yourself but that's basically it as
