so here's a really easy exercise that
you can do throughout the day to help
release full back tightness and help
improve posture go next to a door or a
wall space yourself out and then lean
into the door with your body weight with
your hands overhead let's tuck our chin
towards our chest and then put all of
our body weight onto our heels i'm going
to slowly start to bend my knees and
then lower my butt down towards the
floor the more that you go down the more
that you're going to feel a deep stretch
from the upper back all the way down to
the lower once we feel that deep stretch
let's take this one to the next level by
taking one arm off bending at 90 degrees
at the elbow and then rotating our whole
back in the opposite direction this will
really intensify that stretch once we
feel that let's hold this for 15 to 20
seconds from there you're just going to
relax and then repeat this on the other
side you want to do this three to five
times in both directions and with each
repetition try to stretch into it just a
little bit more
