anxiety and worry are so common aren't
they
in our high stress society let's take a
few moments to get rid of some of that
so first thing bring your attention to
your breath that's the most direct
way to deal with it place your hand on
your stomach and just fill your
stomach up like a balloon just nice and
slow
exhale squeezing it out just doing that
a couple of times is a real direct way
to let go of that anxiety just bring
yourself down and ground the energy
another way sitting sitting in a chair
just come forward with your knees
separated bring your elbows onto your
knees and drop your head
now just letting your head go you're
taking that anxious energy towards the
ground so you're literally grounding it

taking your time in each phase of this
you can bring your hands down onto a
block or a book
or a piece of wood
stay there as long as you like and
you're going to slowly come up so that
your elbows are back
on your knees so
in just a minute as you come up you've
done a couple of things that really can
knock down that anxiety and make you
feel better have a better sense of
