you to stand up and try performing some
light exercises
in this video i will demonstrate three
exercises that you can do anytime
throughout the day to help wake you up
the first exercise is a march in place
here we're performing some hip flexion
and you can perform this exercise seated
or standing the second exercise is going
to be a body weight squat
here we're keeping our chest tall
sinking down into our hips keeping nice
control of our body you can exhale on
the way up
our third exercise is going to be a
modified jumping jack
for this exercise we're going to
laterally step simultaneously bringing
our arms overhead give these exercises a
try anytime you're feeling tired
throughout your day
