when i was the primary caretaker for my
mother for a few years something that
was always running through my mind was
well i'm just not allowed to get sick
ever my mom needed me to survive she
couldn't walk
talk or eat by herself and there really
wasn't anyone i could call
if i got sick so here are some things i
did to stay healthy number one and most
important is sleep if you don't do
anything else from this video try to get
at least eight hours of deep rest every
night when we sleep and rest is when our
body heals and fortifies itself but
unfortunately most people are sleep
deprived if you're exhausted you're much
more likely to get sick
next is ginger powder i would have
multiple scoops of this every day with
some water
if this is too harsh for you you can try
mixing it into some water with some
honey or lemon
third i used a lot of raw garlic i would
literally just crush the cloves with my
hands
and eat these you can have some milk
with yours but personally i eat them raw
every night after i brush my teeth by
the way brush your teeth
i would gargle with salt water and
lastly i found that we want to try to
reduce the amount of stress in our lives
we can quite literally stress ourselves
