the exercises
all you have to do is sit straight with
your back absolutely straight
and you have to take the help of a scarf
it could be
any kind all you have to do is keep your
arms absolutely straight
and make small circles just like this
if you make big circles it's not going
to help you so make sure
you make only small circles
and tighten your chest and you will be
able to feel a little
jump in your chest with your chest
muscles
all activated keep your chest tight
your spine straight and you will be able
to feel
a stretch
very small circles keep it precise

you promise to go low on salt
no sugar low on carbs
and you're going to practice healthy
eating
not just that you're gonna sleep on time
take no stress
and drink lots of water about three to
four liters
that itself is going to help you get rid
