about how to lose weight fast after a
pregnancy and first thing is to forget
about all the celebrity moms who lose
weight like within the first two to
three weeks it's very unhealthy second

body to recover from a delivery from a
pregnancy and delivery and and so maybe
after two to three months when you're
feeling more strength and you can start
exercising and another recommendation is
just to eat healthy and lots of fruits
and vegetables in moderation lots of
fluid and then also if you're
breastfeeding and you usually use about
eight hundred and fifty milliliters of
food every day and so you need about 500
calories to sustain that but typically
breastfeeding really helps them losing
weight it takes off some of the extra
pounds but the best recommendation is
just exercise and eating in moderation
