you really absorb this information it
could save you a lot of pain and

work and not sabotage yourself in order
to live a happy life you basically need
to figure out how to minimize the amount
of stress and harm you caused to
yourself and others combine that with
the satisfaction of achieving some of

successful the big mistake most people
make is they think they need a billion
dollars to be happy they think they need
a large yacht a big house 100 friends
and millions donated to charity these
people will never make it
money is an amazing tool to have in your
arsenal but that's all it is one of the
tools it's by no means the end goal
statistically you're a lot more likely
to be happy with just two friends than
over 10 because the more the size of
your friend pool increases the less
amount of attention each of the
participants can show one another also
comfort is really awesome but happiness
comes from not having to worry about the
basic
everything beyond basic happiness is
called pleasure if you don't know where
you're going it doesn't matter how hard
you run number two realize how much you
already have and be grateful for it
without the appreciation of how blessed
you really are you're not going to be
able to move forward just take a step
back and analyze your current reality

people are self-medicating to the degree
they are today when faced with such a
situation here's what you need to do 1
make sure you prepare for it beforehand
so it doesn't catch you by surprise
2 once it happens put your best foot
forward and tackle the situation head-on
stressful situations only get worse if
you ignore them 3 once you did
everything in your power to solve the
issue let it go and see what happens and
4 has things progress be ready to react
to new changes if you follow this

almost anything life throws at you and a

someone else's final chapter with your
first few chapters if you keep putting
in the work keep flipping them pages
you'll get it for yourself too people
don't realize the importance of slow
progress it's more important to move
slowly in the right direction than to
sprint to a place you don't want to
number seven surround yourself with
great people your familia your crew your
squad your friends your tribe they can
turn things around for you if you pick
them right we feed off the energy the
ideas the vibes of other people and
having the right kind of people around
you is such a valuable asset for
yourself and your future almost any
issue you have in life gets a lot easier
if you build the right support system
around yourself you don't need many of
them all you need is a partner who's
willing to go through this life with you
no matter what and one or two friends
who would wake up at 3:00 a.m. and bail
you out if it came to it hopefully it
won't come to that but that's when you
know it's real so how do you make this
happen
to this day there is a single book that

by Dale Carnegie it's probably the best
advice you'll ever get on the issue and
we definitely recommend you get it as an
audiobook so you can listen to it in the
car or at the gym if you go to a locks

books that we read and to this day we
still use some of the things we learned
from it number eight don't overthink
more people miss their chances due to
overthinking than those who don't think
about it at all and just do it don't get
us wrong both ways are kind of dumb but
if opportunities present themselves if
you've done your homework beforehand and
you're ready you need to jump on it
overthinking leads to a life filled with
regrets for not acting when you should
have that's how you end up still
thinking about the girl you should have
kissed or asked out when you were just a
teenager the same pattern of behavior
repeats itself when you're older with
the same type of results people
overthink things that sometimes have an
easy fix or even outside of their
control
number nine be healthy in order to have
a happy and fulfilled life you need to
be able to enjoy it you should be able
to use all of your senses to appreciate
how fruitful lie
fiz you need to understand that your
health level directly correlates to your
levels of happiness if you're weak and
ill your body's chemistry changes
thus secreting less quantities of the
things that make you feel happy and
outgoing
you'll make choices based on that
current state of mind
thus behaving in a different fashion
than you would if you were healthy this

either but your psychological one as
well you can be as ripped as you want

in life no matter how hard you tell
yourself that you only need to get this
one thing and then you're gonna be happy
life is what happens to you while you're
hustling away towards your dream work as
hard as you want but do it in a fashion
that doesn't make you sacrifice
everything these little moments and
motions you go through every day they
stack up and they form what you know as
your life so you better pay attention to
them because even if you get your dream
goal you might just realize that you've
sacrificed too much and now it wasn't

happiness all along if you can generate
happiness for others everything changes
in your life your energy your mindset
your productivity and attitude towards
life as a whole

effect you have on other people
snowballs and creates even more
happiness which you'll find is reflected
back on to you if your life is miserable

disconnect and explore this is another
big one especially in today's social
media centered society recent studies
show that social networks are making you
less happy with your life this is
because nobody is posting their failures
or bad days instead all you see is
people faking happiness and showcasing
feelings you currently don't have access

social media can be that's why it's
important to disconnect not only from
social media but from your everyday life
we recommend you change your scenery see
new places meet different people and
live different experiences this elevates
who you are as a person the more you
explore and experience the more complex
of a person you become you'll see the

out of your behind and live a little
because those are the best moments in
life and the most great ideas will come
from that place domestication of ideas
only results in what we already know
combine it with desire for more and
you're on the right track that's why the
late Steve Jobs always said stay hungry
stay foolish number fifteen spend money
on experiences not things most things
you buy are depreciating assets while
experiences increase in value as you
grow older we're not talking about
financial investments for the goal of
generating financial returns this has to
do with how much happiness you can get
for your buck
there are many psychology professors who
back up the claim that experiences have
a longer happiness span than material
things you might think that this is
obvious but you'd be amazed by how very
few people leverage this to their
advantage we see many people buy things

amount of money could have gotten you an

loved one that would stick with you
