in this video i'm going to be showing
you how you can add a facebook feed to
your wix website this process isn't too
technical so let's just get straight
into it so to be able to do this you
will need to use a secondary website
which is called elf sat i will leave
this linked in the description down
below you can sign up for this 100 free
so once you click the link in the
description of the video to go to this
website clicky at the top right it says
sign up free
if you don't have an account already and
you can just sign up with facebook or
sign up with google makes it real simple
or you could go through the regular
signup process i'm just going to sign up
with google real quick
then i'm going to select my email that i
want to use and just like that i have an
account and from here you want to click
on social at the menu at the top
and then you can see here it says
facebook feed you click on create widget
let me just close this
and now you can select between a medium
widget a small widget and all these
other widgets
so for this example i will select a
small widget to add to my wix website
and then you can give this a name so i'm
going to call this
feed and then you want to click on
continue with this template and then you
want to click on the connect to facebook
button to create this and now you'll
just need to log into facebook so i'll
do that real quick once you fill in your
information just click on log in and
then just continue with your facebook
page and because i've previously linked
this it's showing up with this page but
when you click on connect with your
facebook you will be able to choose the
facebook page that you would like to use
so i think it's defaulted to this but
anyway what you need to do now is click
on save and it's going to ask you if you
want to sign up for a plan you don't
have to sign up for any paid plans just
click on free here
zero dollars per month and this is the
code that we want to use in the wix
website so all you need to do is click
to copy that has been copied go back
into the wix website editor now what you
want to do on the wix website editor is
click this plus icon to
add and what you want to add is an embed
so click here where it says embed
somewhere near the middle then you want
to embed a widget this one right here so
click on that
and this is where your facebook feed is
going to going to be so let me just say
for an example i wanted to
be in this area here this is not going
to look good but this is just for an
example
so i've set the area that i want my
widget to be i'm going to enter the code
that i got from the elf site website
this code right here so it's copied to
my clipboard i just need to cop
right click and then paste that code in
there then click on update that's just
going to load up for a moment
and it should load up the facebook page
and as you can see it's done that
and you can resize it to fit properly
put it anywhere on your website that you
would like
obviously this doesn't look good because
it's just an example
but now you have a facebook feed on your
wix website so that is how you add a
facebook page to your wix website if
