Open the Excel sheet you want to share on WhatsApp. Save it on your device or cloud drive for easier access.
Step 2: Download WhatsApp for Desktop
If you haven't already, download and install WhatsApp for desktop on your computer: https://www.whatsapp.com/download/
Step 3: Connect Your WhatsApp Account to Desktop App
Open WhatsApp on your phone and go to the Settings menu. Click on "WhatsApp Web/Desktop" and scan the QR code that appears on the desktop app. Your WhatsApp account will now be connected to the desktop app.
Step 4: Share Excel Sheet on WhatsApp
Open the Excel sheet you want to share and select the data you want to send. Right-click and choose "Copy." Then, go to the WhatsApp desktop app and select the contact or group you want to share the sheet with. Right-click and choose "Paste" to send the Excel sheet.
