hey everybody in this video tutorial I'm
gonna show you how to link a Facebook
group with a Facebook page all right so
this is the new method how you can link
or connect a Facebook page with a
Facebook group if you are using the new
Facebook page experience the method of
connecting a Facebook page on the
Facebook group has been changed with
this new Facebook page if you're still
using a classic Facebook page I have an
older tutorial on my channel that show
you how to link a Facebook group with
the Facebook page but most people
nowadays use the new Facebook page
experience in that case first open up
the Facebook page and make sure you
switched into the Facebook page so you
can manage the Facebook page as an admin
because this is necessary to be able to
connect a Facebook group with a Facebook
page and then if we click on the more
tab here and select groups as you can
see no groups to show here which means
that currently no Facebook group is
connected to this Facebook page and if
you have been using Facebook pages for a
while now you might know that you were
able to link Facebook groups from this
group step but currently it's not
available here so what you have to do
instead is search for the Facebook group
and first you have to join that Facebook
group as a Facebook page so search for
the Facebook group in the search bar
here
and once you find the Facebook group
that you want to link to your Facebook
page first you have to join the Facebook
group if you haven't joined it so click
on join group here and now the admins of
this Facebook group will receive a
notification from Facebook that this
Facebook page would like to join their
Facebook group and then you can switch
back to your Facebook personal account
there's an admin on this Facebook page
and accept this invitation so click on
the account here select see all profiles
and select your Facebook account now as
you can see I am checking out this
Facebook page as my personal account
here and now if I click on member
requests on the left here
and now I can approve this request and
once you have proved the request so you
have joined with the Facebook page you
also have to ask another admin to make
you a Facebook group admin because this
is a necessary tab to be able to connect
or link the Facebook group with a
Facebook page so if we go back to the
the overview of the Facebook page
and click on the members tab you can see
that this Facebook page has just joined
and if we want to connect this Facebook
page with our Facebook group we have to
click on the three dots here and select
add as admin and keep in mind that in
this case the admins of this Facebook
page will also be able to remove admins
and more directors from the group click
on send invite and now we have to go
back to the Facebook page and here so
click on your personal account the
select CEO profiles
and select your Facebook page and now as
you can see this admin has invited us to
become admin for this group we can now
accept the invitation to become an admin
now we are the admin of this Facebook
group and now if we go back to our
Facebook page and check out the groups
Tab and if you now click on more and
groups I also can see the Facebook group
has been connected to this Facebook page
so basically this is how to link a
Facebook group with a Facebook page if
you are using the new Facebook page
