keep the NARC in disinfectant and before
every car make sure you give your hands
a little rinse in the disinfectant as
well
the first boiler cut is on the bottom
side make sure the cut is long enough so
blood can drain out easily when you pull
the ball out it will look something like
this you don't want to cut straight off
because it could cause blood loss you
make the first cut a bit where I've got
the mark in the picture then with the
sharp side of the knife you scrape the
skin down to where the blood supply gets
pretty thin you can then cut it straight
off
