What's going on guys? I'm going to show you how to do an elbow to knee crunch

This is a great crunch exercise especially if you're a beginner

what you're going to do is get down on the ground

You're gonna start off make sure your back is flat

Bring your knees up like this put your hands over your head and what you're gonna

Do is put your hands behind your head like this you need to bring your chin to your stomach and as you come up

You're gonna look towards your belly button and you're gonna bring your knees to your elbows

Just like that come all the way back nice and slow come up squeeze your core

Knees to elbows breathe out the way up

This is a great exercise to work your abs and work your core. It's gonna work up a little bit of your lower back


You're gonna use your hands to support your neck
