me to do a um comic apart to to how to
borrow a ship roll like more with
beginners so after this long time I
decided to do for you guys since I like

like so I'll find a different guys so
i'ma teach I must kind of go a little
more like step by step like so that
might better than the other video but
kind of give it more like make it easier
I was like oh so here we go so 22 no
patch of legs apart not too far you want
to be like dude it is like enough to let
you guys can see my feet is terribly
okay anyways please you know what I'm
doing so um like that so basically okay
so if you want so first we're gonna
start with this motion just the side
side so okay so it's kind of like a
you're popping mini you know kind of
like popping to me don't you want this
hip to go down your mo so if you guys
want this pig to go down then you're
gonna pop this week so it's gonna go
like that so he's gonna keep popping
your knee and so you get it this
basically what I mean like I mean by
popping I mean just like basically
leaning you're leaning on this leg so
you're just kind of leaning when you
lean in II pops so you do that - this so
you're just gonna do that and then same
with this one
so this hit to go down you pop this
means it's going to be like
that's step bushes so there you have
your side to side so it's kind of like
that but same time you're kind of going
to send an egg in like squat kinda but
this we don't have to but we want to
just give it this kind of the squatting
motion so that's that one if you if
you're under my finger pause this video
and any time your mother welcomes go
ahead and pause the video do is use to
do to get caught up and do what you got
it go ahead and you know finish the rest
I'm trying to get slow little talk to
that so you got this down that's just
the side to side thing it can't see my
hesitancy then after that okay so
popping and then you're kind of gonna
well you're now going to work on this
circle motion so how do i good like
you're whining like you're kind of doing
it in a circle like okay basically start
like this beginner here go one-on-one
let's go you had a basically go around
circle just like that
until and then when you get the hang of
it start going smaller and smaller
circles so it's kind of a you're wise
you know you kind of just put your hips
in just few even though I don't have
music on we're gonna just fill it you
know
and I so so you went from you know baser
food right
so smaller smaller garlic so you just
want to like kind of get into it like if
you're thinking too much
inning and you're just like she said
this then you're not really gonna get it
you kind of have to like you have to
feel it you can't just do it to do it
you gotta feel it so it's kind of it you
got it you know but okay I'll do the
most buddy yeah so you so when you start
some small circles or go from the
surface to small circles you kind of
learn so small circles and you're kind
of basically this just like start of it
so then when you get that part down try
to incorporate the first part which is
the you know popping your knee so then
you're gonna kind of but this time it's
not like a um what an avid Mir right
here gonna turn real quick so I can see
myself to see what I'm teaching you guys
are not screaming at the room so you see
oh how do I rotate hi so don't do it
papi on the knees yet because that's
like later like later on but for just
the UM the waist movement it's kind of
like you're going in a circle sees
outside and you like go side to side at
the same time so do this just do this
for a minute
just move your hip
yeah just do that it's like a you're
going up down swoop up down swoop up
just kind of like a um so it's like
you're sitting down but why you going
down your hip is moving up so and then
when you're goes up you go back down but
you're cooking up down up down up so
when you get that motion going
you can speed it up and it's more smooth
kind of feel and then you could do it to
the point where you don't have to do the
whole you can just kind of do that so
when you get that part then you want to
add in your circle if I'm moving too
fast I apologize I feel like I'm kind of
going slow but if not I apologize just
keep pausing and rewinding into a little
yoga stop back to it add in the small
circle fear if you go from here so kind
of adding the circle in so then it makes
it like that you can go push out and go
back I'm gonna teach this motion shoot
so so basically like three things you're
doing when you're rotating kinda um
because you're doing this motion the
swaying motion but you're also going
circles and also last one you're kind of
moving back up back up or you can go
middle back up cuz it's like it so here
you got this part you're going back up
back up like this is different like
whatever you want to do it's just
different so well if you're later with
me
you're this far you've got it keep
practicing practice makes perfect
nobody's perfect so you can't get it
down perfect it's okay just keep trying
you'll get it don't give up keep going
so you're just gonna okay
but yeah so you got the part in the tick
fry just kinda like it you want to do
that move your arms with it go ahead
some back to the popping of the knee to
incorporate that also in the 3-step
process now you're making it for so
you're doing this back and front the
proper movie that comes in when you're
like doing that you're kind of like you
see people do that that's kind of where
that popping of the need comes from and
for your hands is just simple like if
you're popping this mean you're pushing
down and pulling up this way your pop in
this knee come check say um for the
whole this part you know that part um if
you're popping down this way this hand
goes down this hands goes up if you're
popping this knee this hand goes down
this one goes up so it's like a down up
so just following the hips basically
this is going down this is going down
this goes up this goes up so it's like a
it's moving with it you can go side to
side whatever you want I feel like I'm
doing this and now you just don't go
when you're ready though but uh I feel
like that oh you guys also asked for the
lay how to you know step forward when
you're doing it this one's kind of like
a parking kind when you pop it's just it
your knees kind of open and closed since
you're stepping but it's like a so just
do that here pop them in you wanna step
kick step kick so that's kind of it so
your rope take a second beside you can
move your own table you wanna you could
dance you could do slide only imagine
John whatever makes you feel comfortable
you do um but rotating with Danny is
kind of step step so it's like the same
thing you're stepping to bend down you
just bend down wherever you wanna get
this make it your own you don't have to
do with what everybody else does just
make it your own
oh if you feel like doing a certain move
makes you look it's hard like if you
feel like you think you're doing this
just a blip right then don't do it you
something ups you know you don't have to
do what standard rotating is because you
can definitely make it around like I
feel like I've never really seen anyone
I do some stuff that everybody see
people do but it look good so I'm gonna
do a new way cuz I don't know I just do
what I feel hunger with so you should do
the same and I really hope this video

other way to kind of um make it easier
to feel like this kind of did but if not
then I apologize this is as simple as I
