not stretch marks are scars on your skin
from stretching the skin from generally
gaining weight too quickly now what
happens is people when they lose the
weight the stretch marks are still there
and the same thing is said for

still gonna be there so how do you get
rid of it there's a couple of different
things that you can do hands-down the
number one thing that you need to do
though is you need to tighten the skin
by tightening the skin not only does
this work for getting rid of your
piercing hole your bellybutton piercing
hole but it's also gonna help for the
scarring as well because tighten it it's
not gonna be as it's not gonna be as
loose and it's not gonna show as much
when everything is tight same with
stretch marks we've got stretch marks
they're gonna be loose if they're super
tight you're not gonna see them at all
so tightening the skin is what you need
to do so how do you tighten the skin I'm

talk a little bit about diet how to lose
weight how to tighten your skin in this
video just for a brief moment but if you
want to learn more go ahead and check
that book up so basically to tighten the
skin you need to make sure that you are
in a good shape already so you shouldn't
be overweight you should have a pretty
flat stomach and you should be ready to
add some muscle to that area basically
what that means is you're just
tightening this
adding muscle you're not gonna add a ton
of muscle to your stomach you're just
basically gonna tighten enough that's
why I say muscle you're just tightening
it up I know a lot of a lot of people
here muscle especially girls that here
muscle on they're like oh I don't want
to get muscle on my side you're not
you're just gonna tighten the area and
again tightening their up is gonna get
rid of the scar so it build muscle you
need to eat in a progressive you need to
eat in a clerk surplus you need to
progressively overload on the exercises
that you're doing so that's why I say
you need to be in average shape already
you don't want to be overweight because
you will be adding a little bit of
weight a little bit of body weight this
will help you build muscle because you
need to add body weight if you want to
build muscle but do it slowly half a
pound per week is all you need you don't
need you shouldn't be adding two pounds
per week half a pound and a lot to gain
two pounds in three months with eating
six pounds it'll be muscle it won't be
fat progressively overload don't sit
there and do a hundred ab crunches every
single day that's pointless do heavy
resistance exercises so even if you're
doing the ab crunches put a ten pound
dumbbell behind your head start doing
crunches a way to progressively overload
- without weights is to add repetition
so you can still do your ab crunches but
start off doing say 50 then every
workout add two to three reps so after
say ten workouts you've already added 30
repetitions so that's a way to
progressively overload without adding
weight very simple very short
