8 pack in 2 minutes before I get started

start right now we're into a workout or

do some exercises each after each

exercise we're gonna take a 30-second

break let me show you guys some of the

best exercises to help you get abs and

these are my favorite and these are the

ones that you will see results doing

first exercise that we're going to do

you guys is going to be flutter kicks so

we're new flutter kicks we're going to

do 10 repetitions so every time both of

my feet go up once that's one repetition

so both my feet have to come up once for

it to be one repetition so like this

that's one repetition this is 2 3 4 5 6

7 8 9 and 10 simple is that 30-second

break then we do it again trust me these

exercises will help you get abs trust me

they're going to take 10 second more

break you guys and then we're going to

keep on going so we're going to do it

again you guys one two three four five

six seven eight nine and two thirty

second break

okay you guys we're gonna do it again

one two three four five six set eight

nine and ten

followed by a 30-second break we're

gonna do this probably two or three more

times and then we will do another

exercise you guess so it trust me I have

to this exercise is my favorite this is

the one that I've seen the best results

with so do this exercise first and I

will show you another exercise when we

are done

okay next exercise 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and

followed by a 30-second break

okay we'll do it again one two three

four five six seven eight nine and ten

30-second break we will do this one more

time and then we will do a new exercise

so make sure you guys are following

along at home if you guys want to see

results trust me following along at home

doing this this is how you're gonna get

results by putting in the time and the

effort you guys you don't do this at

home you don't pull along you just watch

the video

you're pro now you can see as good as a

result to you as it's good to fall along

and do the exercise

so we're gonna go one more time and then

we are done 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and 10

followed by a 30-second break and we

will do our new exercise

okay guys next exercise is going to be

scissors so you do scissors what we're

going to do is do this cross over our

feet so this is one two three four five

six seven eight nine and ten followed by

a thirty-second right

you're taking our 30-second break you

guys and then we will keep on going

let's keep on going one two three four

five six seven eight nine and ten thirty

second break and we will keep on going

keep falling along at home you guys and

you will see results trust me on this

let's get ready for our next exercise

we're sorry our next set one two three

four five six seven eight nine and ten

30-second break we'll do this two more

times and then we are done you guys
