do is you take an ibuprofen tablet um
we're gonna dissolve it you could hold
in your hand you're gonna like aspirin
do that do you anti-inflammatory
so you're gonna make a nice you're gonna
wait till it kind of dissolves a little
bit you're gonna get a nice paste in
your hand and then you're just gonna
spot jab it on and just dab around it is
so perfect
ah ha yeah and it just sucks all the
inflammation it does so I leave it on
for 15 to 20 minutes I usually get my
hair done pick my outfit out and then I
wash it off with a washcloth I notice
it's like completely decreased in size
