Here's how to fix a headache in seconds. This one can be done standing or seated,
just have very good upright posture. Take two fingers, make hooks with them and start to do
a circular massage on the muscles below the base of the skull. To intensify this
massage, push backward with your head and do this comfortably for about 10 to 15 seconds.
From there, relax take a breather, and then repeat this three to five times. With each repetition,
try to build into it and press a little bit more. To take this one to the next level, while you do
this, look upward as much as you can towards the ceiling this will allow you to really pinpoint
and target tightness and tension in those muscles that might be causing those headaches.
