apps on your iPhone if you're new to the

straight into this guide I'll be
explaining a few important things you
need to know about deleting apps on your
iPhone so the primary way to go and
delete an app on your iPhone is to go
and hold on it just like so until you
get this list of options here then what
you need to do is go and tap on remove
app just like this and what's important
to note is that you need to go and press
delete app if you just tap on remove
from home screen then it's just going to
be hidden from your home screen I'll
still show you how to delete it though
don't worry so what you need to do is
press delete app now if you go and tap
or remove from home screen or you've
tapped on it before then it's just going
to be hidden off your home screen and
what you need to do is swipe across just
like so until you get your app library
and you need to go and search for the
app which in this case is way so I'll go
and search for Waze just like so and
here it is that what you need to do is
hold your finger on this just like so
and then you can go and press delete app
and then it'll be deleted so yeah it may
be hidden off your home screen but that
doesn't mean it's actually deleted and
if you aren't getting this option to go
and delete and remove apps this is
probably because you have a setting on
in the screen time settings so go and
open up these Settings app just like so
then go into screen time and scroll down
until it says content and privacy
restrictions tap in there then what you
need to do is tap on iTunes and app
store purchases the second option down
and what you need to do is make sure
deleting apps is allowed if it says
don't allow when you try and delete an
app for example YouTube as you can see I
press remove app and it's not letting me
go and remove it it just opens up the
iTunes Store so you need to make sure
that you go and set that to allow just
like so and another way you can go and
delete apps is actually in your iPhone
settings so go into General and then you
can go into iPhone storage and then you
can go and find the app you'd like to
delete for example WhatsApp and then you
can go and press delete app from in here
as well and that's going to fully delete
it off of your phone if you guys found
