wonderful news for you it's relatively
easy to get rid of yes you heard right

exercise is about breathing and that
means breathing with your diaphragm
please do the following breathe in as
deeply as you can just picture a
birthday cake for your hundredth
birthday that you have to blow out all
the candles when you're all out of air
go down and breathe out whatever is left
would pinch your nose shut
close your mouth then suck in air with
all your might as long as you could
stand it suck in against your nose over
and over again and again and again as
long as there is oxygen and then that's

your diaphragm a very effective exercise
