headache relief in seconds take your
thumbs press into the area at the top of
your nose and the corner of your eye
socket do a gentle massage over the
ridge of your eye socket do this one
nice and slowly for about five
repetitions to tape this one to the next
level we're now going to focus on
different areas that may give us more
relief pull your index fingers right
above the ridge of your eye socket and
now do a light massage going all the way
towards your temple on the next
repetition go just a little bit higher
until you do the complete forehead the
next position take your fingers and do a
light circular massage into your temples
this one usually feels really really
good the last one what we're going to do
is take our fingers make a rake and then
go off to the side of the head just
doing a light self massage this is
something that you can do throughout the
day
