video is going to show you how to find
any single business owner's name for
your social media marketing outreach
your prospecting is going to also show
you how to find some exit details like
the phone number and their personalized
email so that way you can get an F a
message straight to them and not have to
go through a gatekeeper so it's gonna be
part of a series of top tips for s MMA
if you don't know who I am my name is

you need in order to reach out to a
business to a business owner and give
that person eyes approach you know not
just saying hi there or hi team I know
Colin directly or emailing them directly
that would always be the best option you
know trying to avoid the gate key for as
much as possible it's always the best
the best option remove the friction from
you know getting a word in so I've got
four methods today I'm gonna go over one
of them is softly secret bonus method
which I'm gonna show at the end some of
you may have seen or some of these
methods but I've had a lot of requests
from people on comments and just really
reach people reaching out to me

so number one is pretty simple it's just
website now I just got to prepare
prepared a little google search for you
my looms been kind of weird so if it
doesn't it doesn't show my face when I
got to my browser some reasons but oh
well
so I just thought I'd search for a niche
we're not reaching out to stage at the
moment but I just the first thing that
came to my head so a state agent in
Birmingham you know you can't just do
outreach like this you know searching
amnesia in a city is very time-consuming
they're very manual in the way that we
haven't done this for a long time if if
we are doing any sort of Legion like
this in terms of search for a niche
searching for a city we will use a piece
of software called d7 lead finder I'll
put a link in the description you get
10% off with modeling it is affiliate
link as well but it's and now it should
cost for you and you get just come with
it as well but basically it lets you put
in the niche and the city globally
you've hit enter and then it downloads
in export of all CSV or excel file with
you know every city in every business
that meets that criteria in that city so
you can generate thousands of leads per
day literally within like 20 minutes
really with a helpful so mostly check
that out but yeah say for example you
know even if you just found a business
or a brand name and then you went to the
website you can do that but just as an
example I found on here so just show the
random one earlier not every this won't
be the case in every business so I just
wanted to make sure that these ones did
shout out these don't know who they are
but so usually we've got the website
they'll be in about a section it might
be up here it may be down at the bottom
in the footer of the website here if
it's not appear as well
sometimes it'd be on the home page
depends really you know how I'll go in
the owner is but yes you go any about us
it might just be on the about was in
general but the best thing to look out
for is stuff profiles or me the team is
a usual one story
loads of different ways to say it but
have a look on here and then yeah you
can see that Vanessa here is the MD so
there that's it really you get a
telephone number you get email here so
yeah that's that's one of the main
methods I'd always try this so that
could be you know just searching so you
found a brand a brand of Instagram you
then just gone to the website and have a
look like this but yeah this is this is
probably the easiest method in my
opinion so the second method we use is
just straight-up Google search now this
does depend on the size of the company
but sometimes if a business has had an
article published about them Google's
smart feature will just show the name at
the top of the search but yeah usually
is larger companies so usually I just
try this one first or the website one
just because it's really really quick so
just an example you know it's kind of a
silly one obviously you're not gonna
reach it out tonight but sometimes it
just comes up like this so I'd always
try that you know try a variation of
owner or direct managing director or
founder co-founder CEO try that
sometimes it'll just come up at the top
but yeah usually it's from if it's a
smaller companies from an article that's
been published about them or it extracts
it from the about Us page on their
website
so yeah that's number two quick and easy
number three is LinkedIn so this one can
kind of be coupled with Google so you
can obviously search manually on
LinkedIn but one way you know that saves
a bit of time is just searching the name
so obviously already done this they
don't really know I did that but this is
the example from the estate agents at
staying at it before just type the you
know the company name the position so it
could be direct to CEO owner like I said
co-founder you know whatever and then
LinkedIn straight after it and it will
bring up their profiles and then you can
obvious
click through and just double-check that
is the same person alternatively you can
search in the LinkedIn search bar up
here if you're not connecting me on
LinkedIn yep please you know make sure
you do oppose you know different content
on there all the time
sorry for mr. messages well yeah so I've
been searching money on LinkedIn I'll
search in Google with then LinkedIn sort
of a touch on the end is says a bit of
time as well certain number four is
companies house and now some of you may
have heard of this before some of you
may have used it before and some of you
may not have an ID any idea of what it
actually is so this is only gonna be
useful for companies in the UK I'm
pretty sure most other countries have a
similar self thing but it's basically
the government website for registered
company information so every company
legally has to put their sort of regice
registered information you know the
basic information of the company who
owns it who is a director some of their
financial stuff depending on the size
they have to put it on this website so
you can really use this to advantage now
this doesn't give you any sort of email
or phone number anything boy gives you
the name so say you've come onto the
website you found nothing this is
usually want a last resort one and come
to website you found nothing you've
searched Google you know heritage oh no
they found lost it and you've searched
LinkedIn and you've also found nothing
sometimes business business owners
really don't want to have their in the
name available because they got from Bob
bombarded by marketers but so you have
two options here you can either come
onto the website directly and search
using a company number now this will
sometimes be found at the bottom of
websites it isn't on this one but
sometimes companies put that company
numbers at the bottom here you'll notice
it it's just kind of a random number and
you can search that and it will bring up
the identical the exact obviously
business because everyone's unique the
benefit of that are hiring that number
is that some businesses like this may
not be called heritage
States legally it could be called in a
heritage limited are you know I was I
was his saw with us is the trading name
but we have like our limited companies
earlier digital and a lot of businesses
do that because you know the brand name
maybe some may you know be specific to
the industry they're in but the actual
registered company may have you know
loads of different businesses and brands
within it
so that's benefit of having the number
if not you can search the name so we
could try searching heritage of states
in there but again it's going to bring
up loads of different ones from all over
the UK the way that I use it mainly is
searching for companies house and then
Heritage's heritage estates oh my god
the way I use it is by searching in
google for the business I've already
done it Harrods the states Birmingham
and then just put in Companies House
afterwards will will show it will bring
up the domain page you know thanks me
for the city as well will bring up the
page associated you know the page on
company house website associate with
that and then you want to just click
through and you'll be able to see all
the key people involved by the
shareholders the directors and you're
basically looking for anyone that's
called director so obviously Vanessa's
the one you're going to want to speak to
so you can use this to basically cold
call you know ask for Vanessa or when
you're emailing could put for the
attention of Vanessa I guess all the
live or Olivia as well shall that sorry
so yeah this you don't get you know all
the information using that but you do
get you know a lot of the information so
that is number four and I said there was
a bonus one so there's technically
number five and this is where you get to
find personal details if you've not been
able to find them on the website or on
LinkedIn or you know whatever this is
usually coupled with say you've used
companies house to find the name and you
just need to want an email as well which
always encourage you find that as well
it can also be used straight away so you
so you just go to the website and then
you want to find out his name this can
work as well so you have to use a
website called hunter dot IO so you copy
the URL you paste it on your search and
then this will bring up every single
email associated with the website now it
hasn't brought up
Vanessa's own one but in some cases you
actually get to the owner's name in here
it'll even say director you know it
gives you all the all the emails you
want so this is a lot better than
getting the info at one you know you
could you could reach out to Rachel or
you know whoever this is and ask them
you know directly not just get through
to a person but I just don't think for
an example let's just use a big company
SpaceX so let's see if we can find
obviously guessing therefore knows who
the CEO is so sometimes you get you know
executive option there we go so there's
Elon Musk's email address if anyone
wants to email him so yeah sometimes it
works like that I'm not going to show a
few of the clients that - shouts this
just because we're still in the process
of reaching out to them but I used one
yesterday and so my strategy was I found
the business website you know that was
looking through Annie she found the
business website was interested in I
copied and pasted the URL into here and
then it brought up the owner's email
within the top four or five and it said
director and it was you know X at you
know SpaceX TOCOM whatever it was and
that's it I had his name straightaway I
had his email personal email address
straightaway and it was just you know
really really simple like that now there
is a three
version of this website and the other is
a paid as well the free one you get
limited amount of searches I'll put a
link in the description to it I think
it's an affiliate link I don't even know
if it is
if not then you care that's just a link
the website but yeah use this website
it's really really good you do get some
free ones without having to use an
account books and you do have to create
an account at one point book you can see
I'm still on the free path but yeah
that's it really
so yeah hard to find owner's names
either that these are all the methods we
use I've always try to just Google the
owner's name for the business name and
then the owner first and then you try
LinkedIn just cuz you can add that onto
the end of Google search and then I look
at the website and then I probably look
at companies house and then yeah use
this probably straight away actually
just to find that all the information in
one go so yeah I hope that was helpful

that business owner as possible if you
