so to start off breastfeeding rightly or
correctly it's important that we start
off feeding the baby within the first
hour of birth which is called the golden
hour feed so within this time the mother
and the baby are most receptive to
learning and the mother's body
understands how much milk she requires
to produce for the baby the second step
is to follow demand feeding that is feed
as the baby cues or the baby signals
within two to three hours of gap between
the feed follow the schedule and
initiate exclusive breastfeeding which
means feed the child only breast milk
and no other supplements like water or
formula feed or honey
etc once you've initiated this pattern
see that you and your baby are kept
comfortable relaxed such that you
receive enough amount of rest a balanced
diet well hydration all sources of pain
and stress should be reduced such that
the mother is comfortable and
automatically her hormones take over and
the production of milk is synchronized
