Hey y'all, welcome back to my channel! So on this week's episode of foodie Friday
I wanted to share with y'all a few different toddler meal ideas.
So I am just gonna show you a couple of my son Charlie's meals throughout the week.
If you're new here my name is Shawna, I have an eleven month old son named Charlie,
and I make mommy, lifestyle, and weight loss journey videos here on this channel.
If that sounds like something that interest you make sure you hit that
red subscribe button down below and give this video a big thumbs up.
So let's just jump into the video and I'll show you what Charlie had to eat on some of his meals this week.
So I'm going to start off by showing you guys his typical breakfast.
He always has yogurt for breakfast. This is just a whole milk yogurt and in it I
have mixed in a puree that I make that has spinach apples and berries so I just
mix the yogurt and that puree together for him for breakfast and he has that
every day of the week and then he has something with his breakfast usually so
today it's just some berries he has strawberries and Kiwis but a lot of
times it's toast or pancakes or something like that.
and that is it for his breakfast.
The next few meals are all gonna be something that we would give Charlie
either at lunch or dinner, so they're all typical dinners or lunches.
So for today, we had chicken breasts that I just cut up into bite-size pieces for
him and some avocado in slices and then some carrots I just used matchstick
carrots and I steamed them so they were nice and soft for Charlie.
And that is his lunch.
He ended up absolutely loving the chicken today
and I actually ended up having to cut up the rest of the chicken breasts to give to him.

Next up we have a meal that has some strawberries some steamed broccoli and
then a mixture of Annie's mac and cheese and some meatballs in tomato sauce.
The meats not red it's just tomato sauce I promise it's nice and healthy for him.
But yes he loves the Annie's mac and cheese.
So this is another typical meal we have for him.
So this meal is gonna have salmon some asparagus,
I love to leave them whole for Charlie, and then some Kiwi for him.
The salmon and asparagus I cooked as a meal together and then just have some Kiwi on
the side for him. We don't like fish but Charlie loves
fish so I try to cook him some fish every once in a while.
This last meal is something that would give Charlie on a night or day when I'm
just out of things to give him. So it's a peanut butter sandwich, just peanut butter and bread,
and then some orange slices and some celery sticks .
And since peanut butter and bread are usually something that have sugar in
it and we are sugar free in our house for Charlie, I want to show you what kind
we use. So we use this peanut butter from HEB, it's from the Central Market
brand, and I like it because in it the literally only ingredient is dry roasted
peanuts. So it just has peanuts in it there's no sugar or oil or anything else.
And then for bread we use this Nature's Own sugar free bread and it's
not just sugar but it also doesn't have any other kind of like
added sweeteners. So a lot of sugar free will have some sort of artificial
sweetener instead this one doesn't. So we like that one as well.
And that is what he's gonna have for dinner tonight.

So for Charlie's sandwich I did end up cutting it into littler pieces
because he was having some difficulty eating it as a big piece.
But the celery and the oranges he is loving as large chunks like that.
(talking to Charlie) Yea, you like it? Yum Yum Yum
That's it you guys! I hope you enjoyed this video.
