hey guys chill DeMarco from the crazy
New York driver show today is Monday May
22nd 2017 and tonight I have a little
video that will show you guys how to
return an item on eBay and for very
quick simple steps please follow these
directions exactly as I'm about to show
you
eBay has made it very easy and
streamlined so let's check it out right
now first of all you will start off in
your seller hub which is where I am
right now on the right side you will
hover your cursor over my eBay and this
drop down menu will appear you will
click where it says purchase history
right here and you will see a list of
the items you purchased recently so
let's say in this example I want to
return the wheel center cap on the right
side over here see it says more actions
you'll click that and there'll be a drop
down menu where I have the red arrow you
would click on return this item then the
next screen that would pop up would be
this one it says why do you want to
return this item select the reason you
click this you have your drop down menu
now this is important if you select
doesn't fit change my mind
found a better price just didn't like it
or ordered by mistake that is considered
the fault of the buyer and you the buyer
will pay return shipping if you decide
that the item does not work or is
defective doesn't match the description
or photo wrong item was sent missing
parts or pieces arrived damaged or
doesn't seem authentic that is the fault
of the seller and the seller would have
to pay return shipping so as I said
first what you do is you select your
reason
most of the people that returned items
to me buy the wrong size so they choose
doesn't fit so we're gonna go with that
right now on the next screen you can see
we've made the choice doesn't fit in
this box you will type a very short
description for instance I bought size
small and I really need a medium or
something like that it's optional you
can add a photo if you want but you do
not have to and you'll notice here
there's a little note to make it easy
you can use the return label and will
charge you
six thousand thirty three cents if you
use it of course the fee is going to
vary depending on white item you're
returning and where your seller is
located and if you're ok with all this
you just click request a return and
you're done it is simple as that it is
so easy to use this system guys I
implore you to please use it do not
circumvent this system and try and
return an item outside of eBay that
means do not call your seller do not
email him directly do not take the
transaction off eBay cause you will lose
your protection and he will lose his
protection if you have any questions
