How to Turn on Bass Boost in Windows 10

welcome back in this video i'll be
showing you how to turn on bass boost
for your sound
output device in windows 10. before we
go into the method
it is worth mentioning that every device
will be slightly different
and some might not have the best boost
functionality
if that is the case try updating your
device drivers or changing the port you
use to connect your device
and if that fails to add the option you
might need to get some software to be
able to boost the base
remember to leave a like and feel free
to subscribe if the video helps
the first thing we need to do to turn on
bass boost is head to the main settings
page
you can get there by clicking on the cog
icon within the start menu
in settings choose system now find where
it says sound from the options on the
left side and click on that
on the sound settings page click on the
blue sound control panel link which
should be on the right side of the page
when the sound control panel window
opens make sure you are in the playback
tab
now find your sound output device from
the list it could be your headphones or
speakers
double click on it and it should open a
new window
now go to the enhancements tab and have
a look in the box
there should be an option called bass
boost or similar and you can check the
box to the left of it to turn it on
if you click on bass boost once you can
then click on settings to change how
much it will boost it by and the
frequency
remember to click on ok or apply once
you have edited the settings
there might also be some other
enhancements on this page that you can
add
so feel free to have a look and
experiment and so that is how to turn on
bass boost for your sound output device
in windows 10.
