what I'm going to do is show you how to
modify the membership of an existing
distribution list set up in your
Microsoft Office 365 environment now
let's assume that you are the person
responsible for managing a certain
distribution list maybe all employees
maybe all engineers you need a way to
add remove users as they are add and
removing from your company
so you open up a new email click the to
button and you want to select all
distribution lists from the all address
list under your mailbox this lists all
the different distribution groups that
are set up for you to do mass emails to
people in this particular case I'm going
to modify the all us tech staff click it
one time right click go to properties
that opens a new window in which you can
modify members you can add new people to
it and click OK now this part might take
you a little bit to authenticate the
first time if it says not responding
give it a good 30 seconds and then it
should work click OK and now you've
modified membership of that group
