hey today we want to talk about grilling

aluminum and copper and brass and some

really soft materials where you start

running into a common problem where the

the material is actually melting and

sticking to the tippier tool we find

this happens quite a bit if you don't

have adequate coolant or sometimes you

just get into soft materials that have a

tendency to just stick to the part so

what I'm going to do is I've got a

standard step drill and we're going to

drill a couple holes

and will come over and

and this is basically a die cast

and what you can see is after a few

holes on the standard finish of a step

drill that we start having adhesion down

in the tip okay this one isn't quite too
