right so the plan is I've got this
aluminium sliding door and before I cut
a hole in anything I'm going to use this
50 by 50 box section and build the frame
right the way around the hole the door
well it off so it's square and then what
I'll do is I'll take that to the
container put it on the wall and trace
out where it is cut it put it in because
it's the 50 mil and box tension that's
the same kind of depth as the
corrugation of the container so it
should theoretically line up and have no
gaps so yeah that's the first step

look at all so the frames in there's a
bit of a fight and just going to grind
away all of this and I think it's just a
little bit out here so to clean it up
but

that's not
it's not the best world but you can
paint over them and it will put silicone
over there
Scottsdale's five hopefully this just
kills off and that in comes with it sit
for the exes a little bit of paint yeah
so got the door in and it was a lot
easier than we thought it was going to
be I just see the big thing was that we
used a 220 230 mill grinding disc rather
than 100 ml if we'd use the hundred more
graininess it would have taken us all
day
that only took a couple hours to cut the
whole thing up and the frame and door
went in a lot easier than expected just
because it's once we'd had it it was a
bit more sturdy so we can bash it into
where to be and then only could tack
weld around the edges just because the
welding machine was actually quite
powerful and the court end is coming so
we tacked around the edges and then put
in silicon for now and I'm still going
to put it as flashing around that but
the silicon will just with these holes
at the next few days yes right
also you would have noticed that it's
clearly a lot blacker than it was and
this is what we've been using the rust
guard quick-dry enamel
it's all-in-one it's a bit expensive but
we've only used about ten and a half to
paint the whole thing twice so it goes
pretty far
