hi guys it's joe last year so today's

workout it's slightly different from my

usual workout today's workout is a

indoor walking challenge so for the next

30 days I want to challenge you to walk

at least 10,000 steps every single day

okay

walking is probably one of the most

underrated workout walking is a great

cardio workout and it is low-impact

therefore it's suitable for anybody and

everybody so for those who of you who

might be overweight and you want to

start to get active or maybe you might

have old knee injuries then this workout

is for you

so let's start marching and I will be

going through the different variations
