firefox has been a popular alternative
for browsers like Internet Explorer in
Google Chrome since the 2000s and over
years of incremental updates has become
one of the fastest browsers you can grab
today if you've used the browser for
years you might have a long list of
bookmarks built up from browsing all
across the web
let's take a look at how to delete all
your bookmarks from Firefox

although Firefox is a sleek modern
interface that makes it easier than ever
to browse the web some aspects of the
open source browser remain relatively
unchanged from how the browser operated
a decade ago for example take the
bookmark manager needed to delete
bookmarks from Firefox
unlike the sleek bookmark manager we've
seen in Google Chrome the bookmark
manager in Firefox looks somewhat out of
place compared to the more recent
interface changes in the browser in some
ways however that's good the bookmark
manager in Firefox is much more
streamlined and easier to navigate than
the one in chrome and that makes
importing exporting and deleting
bookmarks all be easier to accomplish to
open the bookmark manager click on the
bookmarks icon in the top right corner
of the browser click bookmarks at the
top of the menu then select show all
bookmarks at the bottom of the list
this opens the library window on your
computer which allows you to access your
history downloads tags and of course
your bookmarks click on the bookmarks
option to the left of the window and
select the option where you store your
bookmarks for most users this will
likely be the bookmarks menu option
though some may use the toolbar or the
other folder once you've loaded your
full list of bookmarks you have the
option to delete either a single or
multiple bookmarks to delete just one
bookmark right click on your selection
and select delete from the list of
options to delete multiple bookmarks you
can hold ctrl or command on your
keyboard to select each bookmark you
want deleted so I think every bookmark
on your list can be done by pressing
ctrl or command + a on your keyboard to
select all with your bookmark selected
right-click and select delete and your
bookmarks will be deleted from your
