hey guys today I'm going to show you how
to delete multiple messages in Outlook
let's go and get started open up your
Outlook mail program and then from there
you'll be able to see all of your emails
and there's a few different ways to do
this one you can after selecting a
message hold down the shift key and
select mini all at once or click off
here select one hold the ctrl key and
select all the other ones you want to
delete and once you have them all
selected there's a few different ways
you can go from here you can right-click
go to delete or there is a red X over a
trash can delete option in the ribbon
and from there you can also use the
Delete key on your keyboard once you
delete stuff it will populate into the
deleted bin and if you empty this folder
from here they will be permanently
deleted so consider that before you
delete everything off of your drive and
