hello welcome to a tutorial video where
I'm going to show you how to delete your
Battle.net account so uh they make it uh
a little difficult to do so but I'm
going to show you how to do it now so
open up a new browser Tab and go to
Battle.net or you can go to like
blizzard.com it really doesn't matter I
like to go to
www.battle.net uh and then once I'm
there you want to in the upper right
hand corner you want to log in as you
can see I've already logged in but go in
and click on login and make sure you're
logged into the account that you want to
delete and completely remove uh and then
once you're here you want to go ahead
and click on the support button in the
upper right hand corner so go ahead and
click on support and then you're going
to see a list of their current active
games and then you're going to see a
couple of other buttons here the one
that we want to select is the one that
says account so go ahead and click on
account
um and then you're going to see a bunch
of different options come available to
you you here under account the one that
we want to do is none of these pre-made
ones we want to go to contact support so
go ahead and go to contact support which
is a blue button here should be
somewhere underneath account and then
once we're here the one that you want to
look for is data protection click on
data protection and then under this
little bit little and then under this
setting you'll see something that says
remove my data with a little Trash Can
icon there go ahead and click on the
remove my data button and then it's
going to give you a couple of options on
the right here the one you want to do is
remove my Battle.net account and game
data this will delete everything this
will delete your entire account and game
data and then if you play our games and
want to delete your account data use
this service is basically letting you
know what you're doing and then it you
click the blue continue button it's
going to give you a confirmation page
where you need to check the box saying I
understand that everything including my
username my game data my account every
everything will be deleted now if you go
back to that previous page and you only
want to delete specific game data that
will be listed in that sidebar as well
but you're here to delete the account
I'm just giving you another way of doing
so now it could take up to 30 days once
you click the blue continue button it's
going to email you a code to your
Battle.net email address that you will
need to input in the next section or
next page and once you do so and hit
confirm again it will submit a ticket to
Blizzard or battle.net team whatever you
want to call it and it could take up to
30 days but that ticket will be
submitted for you to delete your account
now once you do this everything data
personal information game data will be
removed so understanding once you do
this it's a permanent thing but you hit
the continue button insert the code
provided by email and then you hit
confirm again and the ticket will be
submitted if you have any questions
about how to do this please put that in
the comments section below if I helped
you out don't forget to like share and
subscribe and I will see you guys in the
next video
