in this video I show you how to delete
your Twitter account if you found this
guide useful then please consider
subscribing and once you learn that then
please consider leaving a like and let's
get right into this guide here we are on
the Twitter app on my phone but this
guide will work on multiple different
types of phones and also if you're using
this on a computer as well I'll go and
describe what you need to do the first
thing we need to do is go and open up
our Twitter settings to do that you just
swipe across like so and then scroll to
the bottom and you need to expand
settings and support like so then here
we are so to get your settings on a
computer all you need to do is go to the
left of Twitter there's going to be a
more button tap on more and then you can
go and tap on settings and support and
you'll be taken to the settings page and
then you'll be on the exact same page as
I am right now and all you need to do is
go and tap on your account at the top
and then at the bottom here we've got
the option for deactivate your account
so tap here so deactivate your account
is essentially deleting your account so
as you can see at the top it says you're
about to start the process of
deactivating your Twitter account your
display name pocket profile Etc will no
longer be viewable It also says you can
restore your Twitter account if it was
accidentally or wrongfully deactivated
for up to 30 days after deactivation so
yeah you have to wait 30 days and then
your account will be deleted so let's go
and start the process of pressing
deactivate at the bottom and you'll need
to go and enter your password then after
you've entered your password you just
need to go and tap on deactivate like so
and you finally just need to go and tap
on yes deactivate and your account will
then be deactivated and as we just read
as well you'll need to go and wait 30
days and then it will be fully deleted
and that's it guys if you found this
useful please consider leaving a like
