hi everybody this is Liam CJ troll now I

want to tell you what you're looking at

today this is a piece of cattle panel

and if you you know anything about

farming this is a real common way to

build fencing

now I happen to be building a gator I

did build a gate with this cattle panel

and it turned to me this is the kind of

material that people need to know how to

cut now what I will say is this I'm

going to turn this around so you can

take a good look at it okay now what we

have here is we have four gauge that

means a pretty thick galvanized steel

and when you're cutting four gauge steel

he need the right tool to do it now what

I will tell you is there's a lot of

people they would be inclined to use an

angle grinder on material like this

because it is so very thick and beefy

but I don't use an angle grinder on

cattle panel and the reason for that is

usually I'm working outside and I don't

want to be tethered to a power cord and

it's so much easier to use well let me

show you the tool that I use for this

kind of cutting this is what I like to

use right here these are 24 inch bolt

now bolt cutters make quick work out of

cutting heavy gauge wire like this now

you can cut more than just cattle panel

because we face it you know most of us

don't live on farms you can cut through

hardened steel like the lock here I'm

going to show you how easily it cuts

through with bolt cutters you know you

don't need a lot of strength because the

tool does the hole this is Leah saying

you can do this
