you know i thought it was really
incredible not being involved in the
industry prior to this
you never know what to expect i came in
and it's extremely professional here at
csia
the instructors are some of the best
i've been involved with and i've had
saul's training and various things prior
to this
and
probably some of the most complete and
professional training i've ever i've
ever experienced

instructors themselves the presentation
they present themselves
well they're
extremely professional
they really want to help they give you
the information that's really needed for
the field and you know i just thought
they were incredible they did a great
job

i would say you know if you're in this
industry no matter what level
uh i would definitely come to csia just
the information here i'm sure that out
in the field you forget something or you
didn't know something and this is the
best source to to possibly get anything
that you need
the equipment
uh the hands-on training
was fantastic the uh
the stuff out back and when you come you
know the building even surprises you
it's so clean
and just like i said you don't know what
to expect when you get here this is
probably the most professional
environment
and some
one of the cleanest training places i've
ever been to i would certainly suggest
it to anybody that is in this industry
or field because
i'm a novice but the guy that cleaned my
chimney mentioned names or anything but
he had never been here he didn't do a
lot of the things that i've been taught
this week and so i'm just grateful to be
here
