how to backup ht file in outlook so i'm
going to show you how we can do this so

first uh open your outlook okay so when
you import and export anything from your
output
if i in export file it will be saved in
phd okay
so if you want to find out ost file so
just go to the file and go to the
accounts go to the account setting now
here come to the data file
and here to select your email id so
just select this uh whatever you want
and go to the open file log option
and here you can see this is osd file if
you click right click on property
you can find this is the osd file okay
you can copy it and paste it you can
backup it okay
if you want to import export this go to
the
new folder and go to the more item go to
the outlook data file so you can uh
input as a uh you know as a
um offline so just select your route or
psd or osd file and just quickly okay it
will be save here so it is for offline
this is for data file
outlook data file it is for offline if
you want to import
online so you have to go to the open
export go to the import and here you
have to select the import another
program
and select phd only and now you can
import this osd file to the
